The Hotel consists of 14 en-suite bedrooms. 1 single bedroom, 4 double bedrooms, 5 twin bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 2 family rooms for 3 guests, and 1 family room for 4 guests. The hotel also offers a bridal suite. All the rooms have central heating, colout TV, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and all are double glazed.

Radcliffe town is situated North west of Manchester. In close proximity to the motorway network. to reach Radcliffe leave the M60 at junction 17 then follow the A665 to the centre of the town where the hotel is located. The Hotel's location is convenient to reach Bury, Bolton, Prestwich, Whitefield, Worsley, Heywood, Eccles, Rochdale and Manchester city centre.
