Hylands is a friendly, family-run business offering clean and comfortable accommodation which will ensure that your stay is enjoyable. With most of our business comprising of guests who have stayed with us on previous ocassions we can guarantee you a warm welcome every time. We offer a relaxed stay with all the comforts of home whether you are visiting the East Midlands on business or for leisure activities.

On arrival we offer off-road parking at the rear of the main building. Within the reception area you will find three guest lounges offering a licensed bar, pool room and two television lounges all tastefully decorated and furnished with large, comfortable sofas for your relaxation. Bedrooms are all freshly decorated and include hot drinks facilities, direct dial telephones, hairdryers and satellite televisions.

Room rates include full English breakfast which is cooked to order and served in the dining room between 7:00 and 9:30 (Mon-Fri ) and 7:30 to 10:00 at the weekends. An evening meal is available between 5:00 and 7:00pm Monday to Thursday. There are also several excellent restaurants and an award winning gourmet pub serving real ales and a vast choice of wines and whiskies within easy walking distance.

Other local places of interest include Nottingham University, Highfields Hockey Club, the City of Nottingham Indoor Tennis Centre, Wollaton Hall and Park, Attenborough Nature Reserve and the Queens Medical Centre. Close nearby there are frequent bus and train links to Nottingham City Centre with its famous night life and also offering a huge range of restaurants, shops and theatres .
